Our apartment homes were renovated in 2016 with all new kitchens and flooring. Every apartment home comes with connections for washer/dryer along with microwave and dishwasher.

Application plus Administrative Fee: $185/adult (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $250 up to 1 month’s rent dependent upon screening results
Pet Deposit: $300 Monthly Pet Fee: $25 per pet, limit 2, some breed restrictions apply: Pit-Bull (all breeds), German Shepherd, Doberman, Chow, Husky, Rottweiler, Cane Corso and Akita are restricted breeds.

Water/Sewer/Trash: $75/month for one-bedroom and $100/month for two-bedroom
Electric Service: billed from utility company to resident
Income Requirement: Gross income must be at least 3.3 times the rental price to qualify
Renter’s Insurance: Coverage of $100,000 in personal liability is required at move-in.


Please note: Clothes Washer and Dryer is not included. Every apartment does have washer/dryer connections. Applications are not transferable.
