Our pet friendly apartment homes are newly renovated in 2016 with all new kitchens and flooring. Every apartment home comes with connections for washer/dryer along with microwave and dishwasher.

Application Fee: $35/adult (non-refundable)
Administrative Fee: $150 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $250 up to 1 month’s rent dependent upon screening results
Water/Sewer/Trash: $60/month for one-bedroom and $80/month for two-bedroom
Electric Service: billed from utility company to resident

Please note: Clothes Washer and Dryer is not included. Every apartment does have washer/dryer connections.
